Company IDO EET – Levické strojárne is a member of firm configuration EET, which are formed by four companies, two of them with residence in Germany and two with residence in Slovakia. These companies them self near relative co-operation sharing on design, supply and installation technological facilities, alternatively their parts in the region power engineering, industrial air-conditioning, exhaustion, filtration, pneumatic and mechanical transportation.

Company IDO EET – Levické strojárne s.r.o. is a machinery production plant with residency at western part of Slovak republic, in the city Levice. The centre of the company activities reside at production, deliveries and at the assembly of the facilities. The company realize his activity in manufacturing area located in Levice at own property with the area 14 603 m2, in manufacturing area located in Demandice with the area 26 710 m2 and in manufacturing area located in Levice with the area 16 612 m2 at property of company SAPNET .By the machinery industry area with wide engagement the company holds a modern design department. Next to mentioned manufacturing resources the company is outfitted by assembly group and assembly technology. The company IDO EET s.r.o. is keeping 200 employers and has established a certificated system of quality by the Standards ISO 9001 and environmental management system according international valid norm ISO 14001. In the year 2019 our company finish the certification process by obtain of the last certificated of safety ISO 45001. In 2015 year we received certifikate according to ASME CODE for boilers, pressure vessels and piping.

The company IDO EET – Levice Machine Works Plant , Ltd. in partnership with the European Social Fund ( ESF ) implemented in the period 07 /2010 - 09/2011 training employees in the form of the " Steady growth and promoting development of entrepreneurialy subject in the form of personal staff education ." Educational activity was conducted in specialized classrooms at Hron Street located in Levice.

The company IDO EET - Levice Machine Works Plant, Ltd. has participated in the appeal call DOP-SIA-2009/1.2.1/02 proclaimed by Social Implementation Agency on 14.Dec.2009 In the frame of this project have been realised following belov mentioned activities aimed at educating of employees IDO EET – Levice Machine Works Plant, Ltd. :

• Information and communication technology and computer work
• English language
• Administration and Management of enteprises
• Program of employment skills development
• Storekeeper and logistics

Through impmetation of these activities there were achieved preservation of working places by means of increasing adaptability of 96 comprihensivly trained workers. The aim of the project was to provide complex services through qualified personal staff. Improving of employee`s performance were achieved by their participation on courses in the frame of education program. The fully trained staff members expressed their personal satisfaction and gratitude for the opportunity to develop learning activities that allow them to not only retain their functional positions, but they also increase their personal value by the form of education.

This project was also publicized not only in the form of promotional material, boards and leaflets, but also through the public press. - 13.07.2010 published weekly POHRONIE No. 27 planispheric advertisement "Operational Programme of Employment and Social Inclusion“ - 26.07.2010 published daily SME an article titled „An Enterpices launch the projects for educating their employees " This way and by the manner of releasing of information through our website , we have achieved sufficient publicity of this project , by which we have informed the wide public about learning opportunities through the ESF ( European Social Fund ) and SIA ( Social Implementation Agency ) . This project was realized thanks to the support from the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme of Employment and Social Inclusion
